After reading Joseph Prince’s The Prayer of Protection book, I experienced the protection of Psalm 91:11 KJV—“For He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.”

I am a postal worker and was walking on my delivery route when I needed to cross a busy street. I was reading the addresses of the letters in my hand and failed to look out both directions for oncoming vehicles.

After taking a few steps onto the street, I heard the sound of a truck coming from my left. I turned and saw the truck coming right at me without slowing down. It was so close I froze up and braced myself to be hit.

The next thing I knew, I was looking to my right and saw the back of the truck speeding away from me. I remembered feeling like I was sucked up into a spiritual bubble at the very moment when the truck would have hit me. I didn’t even feel it passing by!

I praise God for He protected me from what would have been a terrible accident. I am also so thankful for Pastor Prince’s ministry that teaches us the reality and simplicity of God’s Word so we can enjoy His protection and provision.
